The Arc of Bismarck is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to advancing our mission and strengthening our community. Our board provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to ensure we continue promoting inclusion, independence, and opportunity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We welcome individuals who are passionate about inclusion, advocacy, and strengthening our community.

Board members serve three-year terms and attend regular meetings held at least every other month.

The Board of Directors determines all board appointments. The selection process may take approximately 4–6 months, and applicants will be contacted regarding the next steps.
