​​The Arc Thrift Store is hiring its next Store Manager. You don't need to already have "Store Manager" on your résumé to be a great candidate. If you've been a key holder, shift lead, department lead, assistant manager, or have other hands-on leadership experience, we encourage you to apply. Compensation & Schedule: $ 50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Health insurance. Paid time off (PTO). Daytime schedule. Evenings off; Sundays and Mondays off every week. Major holidays off. Flexible scheduling. What You'll Do: As Store Manager, you'll work directly with the Executive Director and play an active role in the store's day-to-day success. You'll: Lead daily store operations; supervise, schedule, train, and support staff and volunteers; keep merchandise priced, displayed, and moving; help develop promotions and sales strategies; maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store; provide excellent customer and donor service; help manage the store budget and financial performance; maintain store records, policies, and safety standards; bring forward ideas to improve efficiency, sales, and the customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership position. We're looking for someone comfortable making decisions but also willing to jump in and work alongside the team.
